Any chance of getting into T14 with STEM backgrounds and average grades?

I have a fairly strong stem background with just about average grades from one of the schools in the 20s. I think I would have had much stronger grades this semester but my school went for mandatory pass/fail so I am stuck with the average gpa. Would I have any chances in success of going into T14? Would schools potentially be more flexible in fall semester grades and weigh more heavily on my resume/stem background?

Spivey's podcast on this year's transfer process in light of Coronavirus indicated that grades will still be the highest consideration, and maybe there will be a bit more emphasis on undergraduate performance. If I had to guess, this emphasis will probably benefit your situation only if your STEM background includes a high GPA or prestigious undergrad. That's just conjecture from my end derived from the podcast though.
What's your GPA/Class Rank looking like? It seems that will still be the first thing that schools are going to look at.
