Chicago, NYU, Columbia or Harvard - Chances with 3.94 from a TTT??

I know my GPA is above the 75th percentile for these schools (except Harvard), and I am ranked #2. However, will my school ranking (around 140) stop me from getting in?
I've applied EA at Georgetown and waiting to hear back, but also considering Chicago, NYU, Columbia, or Harvard. I have two LOR's from first semester (one is the dean), and a strong letter from an employer. I will probably get another this semester, but am more hesitant to ask since we've been on zoom. Good extracurriculars, and a summer associate position at a mid-sized firm.
Also, if I get in to more than one transfer school, what are the things to consider when choosing? I basically applied to only one school 1L year and had no clue what I was doing. Probably won't be able to visit because of Corona.
