Hi guys! I did a forum search and a specific search but couldn’t find much about this - please point me in the right direction if I’ve missed the thread. :)

I was wondering how much your undergrad GPA matters when transferring to a different law school, especially for HYS and CCN.

Thanks in advance. :)

They don't care. Check the 509s to see if schools take transfers from your school, and if your GPA is at the transfer median or higher.

I don't think they care about it too much, but it's at least something they notice. If your GPA is egregiously bad, expect a question about it during the interview.

I transferred to Georgetown -- and they didn't care. My UGPA was <3.0.
