The GULC transfer median was 3.67, and the 25th percentile was 3.56, so you're unlikely to get in with those grades (the same is basically true for UCLA). Irvine only took two transfers period, but you're above median for USC, so USC looks to be your only good option, and even there is iffy. Assuming you want to be in CA long-term, I'd suggest focusing on getting your grades up as much as possible, and also trying to transfer to Cal (median GPA 3.77).

Another important thing to note is that you'd be paying sticker at whichever school you transfer to, and leaving your scholarship at Loyola Marymount (where I assume you go, based on the LA focus and rank range) on the table is a hard proposition for an increase in prestige to, say, UC Irvine---let alone USC, where you'll be paying $65k for each of the last two years.

I agree 100% with Pennoyer that USC is more likely to accept you than the other schools, which probably won't take you with a 3.56; that you should focus on improving GPA as much as possible this semester; and that Cal Berkeley is your best bet for California markets if you can get your grades up. But, I would recommend applying to all of these schools if your grades improve at all or stay at 3.56, if only because it increases your chances of being able to transfer *somewhere* (even if you ultimately decide to stay or negotiate for some sort of retention scholarship at LMU).
