Does anyone know what the deposit deadlines were for people accepted on 6/28, 7/1 and 3, and this week respectively?

My softs are meh (acceptance to a secondary journal, legal internship for an NGO, fluent in French, my ties to NY = undergrad was school in NY with many of my friends moving to the city after graduating, 2 LOR from professors that loved me, bad undergrad GPA)Seoulkaraoke wrote:What are ya'll stats? Hard Stats:

UR 1 6/24
UR 2 7/2
UR 3 7/8
Still missing my undergrad transcript because my school sent it to the wrong address, but admissions said as long as its in my CAS (which it is) they can make a decision on my application.

Re: NYU Law Transfer Thread 2019
I noticed acceptances as late as the last week of July with dings going out after the last week of July in previous years. But in previous years, the final deadline to have all materials submitted was 7/15, and the admissions website stated they make decisions until mid August, whereas in the 2019 cycle, the deadline is 7/1 and the website says they make decisions as late as the end of July. Next week is what i'm thinking.Seoulkaraoke wrote:DC2NY2x wrote:My softs are meh (acceptance to a secondary journal, legal internship for an NGO, fluent in French, my ties to NY = undergrad was school in NY with many of my friends moving to the city after graduating, 2 LOR from professors that loved me, bad undergrad GPA)Seoulkaraoke wrote:What are ya'll stats? Is it safe to assume that all the offers have been given out and they are just waiting on withdrawals? If 2019 cycle is moved 2-week earlier, then next week would be the last chance for us, guys....

I think the last week of July (starting 7/22) is going to be when they make last-minute adjustments. But again, who knows?

3.5, T20s, somewhere in the top third (school doesn’t rank)
Softs (NYC native, URM in a couple ways, previous legal work experience in NYC, secondary journal (meh), SA at a V100 firm (don’t want to be more specific than that))
UR 1 - 7/2
UR 2 - 7/8
I decided to apply pretty last minute—you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take lol—so not feeling super hopeful, but the wait is killing me regardless.

Probably nothing today. From what I'm reading the acceptance deadline for people recently accepted is tomorrow. It's likely that after the deadline they will start sending out decisions.DC2NY2x wrote:No movement today?

Re: NYU Law Transfer Thread 2019
I heard one of the deadlines was 7/12 for those accepted in June and 7/17 for those accepted 7/1-3, so it is a bit worrying that i haven't seen any movement the past two days. Anyone else seeing movement?johndiam wrote:Probably nothing today. From what I'm reading the acceptance deadline for people recently accepted is tomorrow. Update:
So I called NYU admissions and they said that a group has been approved for this week, and they may or may not approve a second group for this week should people withdraw tomorrow. Otherwise I would need to wait until next week. Fuck.
