Chance? 3.75 lower T14

Does 3.75 at a lower T14 (top 15-20%ish) have a good shot at Harvard and Columbia? Many thanks in advance.

I know someone who "missed out on law review" at Cornell and yet transferred to CLS so my two cents is that it's worth the application.

True, it's an awkward situation for the purpose of getting into law review...

Harvard long shot but that profile is pretty much your modal transfer to NYU/CLS
