Is it helpful if one or two of deans in my current law school support my transfer application to another law school?
Is there any admission offer at all?

I don't understand the question here. Some schools require a deans letter for transfer anyway, so its not like having the backing of your dean is something really special. If you're asking if this automatically gets you into another school, the answer is no.
