I'm not sure what your chances are, but there really is no reason to transfer to HYS with a 3.56 from CCN. You're not going to open up any doors that aren't already opened/shut.

Could be worth it to go sticker->full need-based aid but you’re right it won’t lead to a change in post-grad employment chances

That's actually the reason that I am thinking of transfer - drawn by the prospect of need-based aid at HLS

your chances are low with a 3.56
if you get up to 3.7+, you have a good shot at HLS
but its completely not worth it

Also very curious about this, I finished around the top 20% at a CCN and have $15k/yr in scholarship. Chances at any of the top 3? What about using acceptances there to increase my scholarship?
