t20 to t6??

Hi everyone!
I go to a t20 law school and finished the first semester with a 3.75. The school doesn't release a top ten percent cutoff until after spring semester grades are in, but using last year's cutoff i would fall within the top ten percent. Assuming I can keep my grades up (big assumption) i was wondering what you guys think my transfer chances are? if i should even transfer?
the schools i was thinking about applying to are:
harvard and stanford (long-shot i know but i thought i'd at least throw in an app), chicago, nyu, columbia, and possibly penn.
My current school is in the market that i eventually want to be in, but I'm only on a half scholarship. If i could get the school to raise my scholarship to a full do you think i should stay?
lastly would it be worth it to apply to chicago ED?
