Hi everyone, I just got my grades back for this past fall semester and I did better than I anticipated. Hoping I can get some realistic ideas about what my transfer chances are at NU, GULC, and Vandy when applying early action.
Semester grades:
Civ Pro- A, I also got the highest grade in the class
LRW- A
Torts- A-
Property- B
My overall GPA is a 3.63 at a lower T1 (40-50) with a B (3.0) curve. Class rank hasn't been released yet, so not sure where I fall.

Great job. Your rank will probably by in the top 15%, if not higher. Your chances are extremely good at all those schools. GULC is very friendly too transfers anyway. Make sure you try to get scholarships.

That GPA is higher than what got me into NYU. If in late spring semester, you feel like you can maintain or go up, I think you're squarely in the range where you can shoot higher than lower-T14/T20.

Nice, thanks for the advice! I think I'll apply to GTown and Vandy early action to hopefully have something in my back pocket and then assess where I'm at near the end of spring to see if I should aim higher.

Apply to better schools than the ones you've listed bro. Decent chance everywhere except HYS
