Berkeley LLM transfer to UChicago 2L

Emailed UChicago. They take LLM transfers to 2L. Purpose is to access OCI at UChicago.

Besides any suggestions in transferring (taking the LSAT in Feb '18), I need to know what I have to do to fully access the OCI process UChicago.

You'll have plenty of time, UChi has one of the latest OCIs of all schools. They accept all transfers long before OCI begins.
