If you're not on a significant scholarship id lean 75% towards transferring and 25% not. Since you're on LR you're probably good to go regarding jobs if you are a good interviewer. I made the choice to transfer, but one thing I regret is my old school (still a T1/"T30") was significantly easier to get good grades in than my new school.

Get info from recent transfers on how they did at OCI in those markets. Also, if you're on LR at a T20-30, your chances should be good to land something in NYC. (So why are you transferring?) You'd also have some shot at DC, with the odds improving as your academic honors increase.
