Update: Got in on 6/29 by email around 11:30AM. For next year, it seems they did a mass email at the same time to a lot of people.

3.7 GPA (top 15%-20%, not sure as rankings haven't come out yet) at a T1 in California. Unlikely but they waived the application fee so why not...

Hey everyone! Just went under review on the 16th. At a TTTT, top 5% (3.87), and two cali awards. Chance of being admitted?

I transferred to Berkeley with similar stats so it's definitely possible! Had strong Bay Area ties and some unique softs in addition, but essentially same rank/awards, etc at a TTTT. Good luck!

Legit question: aren't you afraid of outing yourself with a screen name like "DankNug666"? Especially since if you get into Cal, they probably won't have very many transfers from Michigan... and your profile is very descriptive

Did anyone hear back today? From the past threads, it looks like acceptances usually come out on Wednesdays and Fridays before July 1st. Good luck to everyone!!!

Got an email from Berkeley on Friday that they anticipate to finish the review process by June 29. I guess we will start hearing from them pretty soon. Good luck everyone.
