Cannot seem to get a LOR from a Professor whose class I received an A- or above in. ATM, I'm left with asking Professors whom I received a B from... What to do?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Are you just having trouble getting in touch or are they actually saying no?

Actually saying no... (for reasons not due to my incompetency)

I wouldn't worry about it. Stats from TLS strongly suggest class rank and school rank are all that matter for transfers.

Just get enough to fulfill the requirements and call it a day.

Getting LOR's from professor's who gave you a B is fine. Talk to them over the phone and tell them you want to emphasize your ability to learn and improve. As said before, admissions mostly focuses on rank/school.

Yeah, I agree with Ladybug - gotta have at least one or two law profs for most schools. That's lousy that the profs in your higher performing classes are doing that. I also had a professor decline my request for a rec and she gave what I thought was kind of a lame reason at the time. Just got make do with another.
