4.0 scale and 3.0 curve, 2.9xx first semester, 3.8xx second semester (didn't take law school exam writing strategies serious enough first semester and was used to how real world works i.e. get to the point)

high-3.3xx cumulative, at least top 25%. worth it to at least apply to xfer for leverage here?

Depends on your ties / region. I'd say you'd have a shot at Georgetown, UT, maybe Cornell / Northwestern.
