Top Law Schools

I'm in the middle of applying to transfer at UT.
Currently at a T1 in the SE Region, Top 20%, and Texas Ties.
UT does not require a LoR for transfer admission and since I did not have a close relationship with any of my professors is it okay not to add one?

I would consider one. UT said that they were taking on a smaller class size this year, so it may be more competitive than usual. They took on like 36 last year, and they said they are looking between 20-30, and at least 10 people have already secured their spot.
