Re: Drop out and reapply. Advice needed
I'd say stick it out. There is no guarantee that you'll be in a better position later. Even if you do score well, the school doesn't have to accept you if it doesn't want to. I'd say finish up this year, clerk, then big law.

Is this even possible?Anonymous User wrote:Hi All,
Transfer to dream school is rejected. Currently a rising 2L. If sticking in current law, feeling quite upset and a sense of irresponsible for myself. Goal is Biglaw. If sticking in current school, there is absolutely no way to land in a biglaw. What do you guys think dropping out, retaking LSAT and reapply for dream school? Does the fact that dropping out after 1L (GPA 3.4-3.6) have negative impact on new application? Advice, blistering or blessing, is much needed.
Thank you!

I'd be pretty mad if someone was in my 1l class already did 1l and did relatively well.
