Missed Top 15% by 0.01. Do I have a shot at NYU/Columbia?

For clarification, Boston University? Baylor also calls themselves BU.

You might as well apply (all you lose is the app fee), but probably a ding from CLS. It seems like most T1 acceptances were top 5%-10%.
