Breadth of Application - Top 2% T20

With most of my grades in for the Spring semester, it looks like I am fortunate enough to land in the top 1-2% of the class at a T20 school and am trying to figure out the breadth of applications to send out for transfer.
I have mostly made the decision that I would take a transfer to HYSCCN, though I would also highly consider Penn, UVA, Duke and Boalt (Yeah, I know UVA and Duke don't admit many xfers).
My question is mostly whether the hive thinks that sending applications and paying app fees for the last 4 is worth it, given the likely outcome of at least one of the former 6 saying yes. My gut says that since I'm pretty set on transferring to go ahead and eat the cost and send the apps, so as to hedge my bets. Thoughts?
(I hesitate to even post this because I don't want to come across as an asshat re: grades, I hope it doesn't come across that way.)
(Additionally, I know that the benefits of transferring to one of the lower schools I mentioned are marginal-at-best given top 1-2% at a T20/Gradeon/Connections etc. There are other countervailing factors leading my to leave.)
