I'd guess a 50/50 shot at UCLA/USC, with a pretty good shot at like Loyola or whatever else T1 schools there are in socal.

If you want to stay in California, you might want to try and throw an app to Boalt as well. If geography isn't a concern, definitely apply to GULC (although, anecdotally, i dont think transfers kill it during their OCI)... Can't speak for the rest of the T14

Definitely apply to Georgetown (EA if you still can), UCLA, and USC. Maybe some other non-Cornell lower-T14s if you feel lucky.
