Raise your class rank accordingly? Do it.
edit> Mostly because top 15% is kind of a necessity if you're trying to transfer from a "top 17" school into HYS. That's still not a guarantee of anything, and yeah, maybe the CR will hurt you. But the CR and being top 10-15% is better than not having the CR, but having a rank below that.
