				What is your question?
Yes, you should transfer. You are unlikely to get a job in Virginia from your current school. You don't want to work in their market, so you should leave.

Is definitely look at transferring in your shoes, read Arrow's guide here in this sub. Based on the numbers you gave, it looks like your probably actually in the top 5%, which would make UVA a real possibility I believe, especially since they value VA ties. I would imagine W&M would be pretty doable (and easier than UVA), though paying sticker would be more painful there.
GULC EA seems Like a possible bet at this point as well, though you mention that you're not interested in DC.
Focus on keeping those grades up and get out of that school if it's making you that miserable. I would absolutely transfer in your situation, though I'd try to get in somewhere better than Richmond, at least.
Edit: wow, iPhone fucked up spelling something fierce.

Yes transfer but you can do better than Richmond. Apply and see where you get accepted. Then come back and ask for more advice!

Virginia just takes such a small transfer class, so it's unclear if you'll get in even with top grades from a TT. I would guess you'd definitely be in at W&M. I don't think Richmond would be worth it cause it's not even technically T1. Why not Washington and Lee too? I don't think it will matter because you will def get into W&M.
