Still have a chance to transfer?

Hi, I'm a 1L in UMN Law, and I have just received my first semester score. It's terrible - even if I would do my best for spring semester, the score for 1L year would at best ended up ranking 50%. But I really wish I could transfer to another law school (not that I don't like the school and people here, simply way to cold to stay) and I don't care if I could only move only 1 or 2 spots up (don't mind even transferring to another T20, but I assume transferring USC could be competitive considering its location and market).
Just wondering if I still stand a chance to transfer? Thank you so much for your help!
