TTT to USC or UCLA

3.7gpa (top 10%) at a TTT in Los Angeles. School will offer me roughly 40k a year for the merit, but potentially looking at transferring to USC or UCLA. If I want to go the plaintiff litigation route, which of these schools would you recommend and why? Thank you for the help!

Honestly I don't think there's much of a difference between these schools for plaintiff litigation. Both schools are highly respected in LA. UCLA is seen as having an edge on USC in regards to academic superiority, but USC has an awesome network. I think USC has better biglaw hiring, but they take a lot fewer transfers than UCLA and being top 10% at TTT might not cut it for USC. It's probably good for UCLA though.
