Transfer from T3 to T14

Dear 1Ls,
I am a 2L at a T14 school, transferred from a T3 school in Texas, and I'm willing to offer any personal advice to 1Ls considering a transfer in the future. Also, if anyone is looking for tutoring sessions for standard 1L doctrinal courses, I am also available for that purpose. Please PM me with any questions you may have.

It's nice that you want to give advice, but 1Ls should really just be focusing on grades right now - else transferring won't even be on the table.
Besides, they're not even allowed to post here until they have grades, and your thread title gives no indication that you're someone offering advice.

I appreciate your concern. My intent is to make myself available as a resource. I agree that 1Ls should be focusing on grades, which is why I added the second reason I may be used as a resource - test strategies and help with doctrinal classes.

Just to be clear, 1Ls aren't allowed to discuss transferring here until they have at least one semester of grades. So you may want to bump this after first semester, when people will be interested in more than a theoretical way.
Also, if you're looking for paying tutoring gigs, that's not allowed in this forum. (Ignore if you're not looking for pay.)

Did you transfer from t3 in tx to UT? Being close to the t14 definitely helps

Plus, it doesn't exactly require an FBI probe to figure out where OP actually is.
