Best Place to Land a V20 offer?

Aside from M&V which are very nice-related, is there a "firm" (badum-tshh) drop-off between T6's and the rest of the T-10's? Is Columbia/Chicago much better than NYU? NYU much better than Penn (assuming not just NY)? Penn much better than Berkley (assuming not just west coast)?
Or is it all a wash?

Quality of firm placement by and large tracks overall big firm + federal clerkship placement. Schools to have geographic biases though; they tend to punch above their weight in their vicinity, if only slightly.
One random example I've always enjoyed: Williams & Connolly doesn't hire routinely from NYU but does from UVA, while Wachtell routinely hires from NYU but doesn't from UVA.

If all you care about is V20, then Penn and NYU would be better than Berkeley because there are way more V20 summer associate spots in NYC.
As Desert Fox notes, though, V20 is dumb. It's not a thing in real life. This is not like the USNWR law school rankings which--as imperfect as they are--roughly correlate with the quality of the career opportunities you'll have coming out of law school.
If you're planning your career based on vault ranking, you're doing it wrong.
