After Transfer, Can I Still Participate in the EIW of the Old School?

I plan to transfer from a lower T14 school to a T6 school. Provided that I get admission from one of the T6 school in late July, and miss the deadline to participate in the EIW in that school, can I still participate in the EIW in my old school? Will there be any ethical or practical concerns? Thank you!

Why would you still transfer to the T6 if you end up missing the cutoff?

Yes. Why would you transfer if you can't participate in OCI

Why would a law school not admit a person in time for OCI?

If you miss the OCI at new school, then I would assume you're fine at doing OCI at old school
If you do not miss OCI at new school and want to do OCI at both schools, you're a unethical

Trying to get a job is not unethical, but how you go about it might be. If you have committed to transferring, then you need to ask a Dean at your 1L school if you can participate in OCI, in my opinion.
