3.64, 12% at T1, just heard back from GULC today.

Below is my timeline:
3/9/15 - submitted the application for early admission. My GPA for Fall was not high (3.5) but I have almost 5 years legal work experience.
4/13/15 - received email from GULC asked me to mail or e-mail an updated transcript once I receive all of my spring grades.
6/12/15 - unofficial transcript was still not available, so emailed GULC the screenshot of my Spring GPA (3.85) together with updated resume.
6/15/15 - received my class rank later today and emailed to GULC right away. About 5:30pm, received "congratulation" from the admission office.

congrats. My class ranks still aren't released, maybe thats whats holding them up on my decision.

Columbia is first choice but class rank is not high enough...I thought I could be top 10%, but turned out to be 12%. I mean even 10% the chance doesn't seem high...

Ummm and the rank is still not available? Maybe check with the administrator you think is nice or familiar with. I got mine from the administrator I know well via email, while other administrators on the same day told me and my classmates that class rank is not ready. I don't know why they are trying to delay letting people know the rank.
