T14 Transfer Advice

I'm looking for some advice on what schools would be realistic transfer possibilities, and whether transferring would be worthwhile in my situation. Is there anyone particularly knowledgeable about the transfer process (including OCI) who I could PM? Don't want to out my details. Thanks to anyone willing to help.
