Top Law Schools

I am at cooley law school (only choice I had) I'm going to be a Prosecutor with my dream of becoming an Appellate Prosecutor someday. Right now, I need advice. It's my first semester and things seem to be going great so far. We have some annoying gunners in class but they aren't a threat at all.

John Marshall Law School
Madison
Marquette
Loyola (that's seems a hell of a stretch)
I have an internship secured this summer with the State's Attorney's Office
Do I gun like hell at the office and ask to work in the Appellate Division?

Are there any guides out there that give me concrete advice on how to transfer as far as requirements are concerned? never mind I found it lol
I plan on transferring next year since I have to wait a year to be eligible.
