Transferring to Cornell

Serious, naive question. Why doesn't anyone (relatively speaking) transfer to Cornell? Interested in doing so and given the lack of information (regarding transferring there) on this forum and the small number of people in their transfer class, I must be missing something. Are they just very selective?

Biggest reason you will see is about Transfer students and the inability to do OCI at Cornell as a transfer.

Their oci is very early in August and so only the transfers who get accepted quickly can participate.
