Top Law Schools

I know that it's very unlikely that transfer students can be considered for merit-based scholarship from new schools, but if I get accepted from higher ranked schools, would it be possible to negotiate with other schools based on my acceptance just like what 0Ls do?
hope they would still let me in though..

also, are there any particular schools that are somewhat willing to offer some $$ to transfer students? one of my friends was automatically offered $15K per year from Wash U based on his transfer application.
