Does my 1L GPA count toward a cumulative GPA considered in clerkship applications? Or will Judges only see my grades beginning from when I transferred?

If you're applying through OSCAR, you will enter your grades manually on the site, so the judge will see whatever you enter. As for how you 1L grades are weighed compared to your 2L grades, that will vary by judge.
