Try top 5% to be competitive.

Probably around top 10%. Slight chance if you are in the 10 - 15% range, but anything out of that and it very likely isn't happening.

Top 10%. 15% is doable but it depends on the cycle. I know people just outside the 10% bubble at T25 that got NYU and Penn.
