URM Transfer Questions

I know this has been talked about before, but there didnt seem to be much on the topic, but does being a URM (specifically, black or mexican) help at all like it does when you apply for 1L year?
I am go to a t-20 school and am looking to transfer to a t-14 next year. thanks!
