Any advice on what I should do?

I'm going to Georgetown to scout for an apartment next week, but on the way there I want to check out Duke.... I'm tryna meet up with the Dean and have myself an interview with him since I was waitlisted due to the fact my class rank was received by Duke 7/11/14 after acceptances came out already.

1.) What should I wear?
2.) Should I be prepared to predominantly ask questions, or answer questions?
3.) Anything I could say/do to improve my chances of getting in?
4.) Should I bring resume/writing sample?
5.) Should I bake him a pie?

But in all seriousness, I'll be meeting with him earlier on the 17th and OCI bid deadlines end at noon on the 17th, so basically I need to secure an offer from him on the spot in order for me to be willing to go.
