Any theories on why Georgetown accepts so many transfers?

I mean, this disparity between # of transfers attending Georgetown and other T7-13's is insane. How come GULC takes so many in?
I am anonymous because I may or may not be transferring to GULC, and do not want others who I may or may not attend with to may or may not find out that I may or may not have positive thoughts about a certain place (perhaps).

big school with high operating expenses...tons of faculty salaries to pay...Qualified 0L's are in short supply and are demanding more scholarship. Other schools struggle with this too...but GULC has historically been so large that I think that the university got overdependent on revenue generated by the law school center

I agree with the people that posted all of the dollar signs. They're on to something.
G-town won twice over with me last year. They accepted me early then made me cough up $1600 before I got my spring grades. AND I DIDN'T EVEN END UP GOING THERE! What a coincidence, the $1000 "second seat deposit" was due a week after 1L ended. No shit we're going to pay it.

To be fair, they didn't force you to apply EA.
