Top Law Schools

Any thoughts on transferring from a tier 4 in Boston to a school in the top 5? I'm ranked 1/327 in the day division. I've read a lot that transferring to HYS is nearly impossible from a school that is not tier 1 and maybe tier 2. I don't want to get my hopes up if my chances are slim to none, even with my rank. My school(Suffolk) is well-respected in Boston and usually fluctuates in ranking. We did get a rank from US News in Tier 3 last year, but then dropped down to T4 this year.

Have you applied to any schools yet? There's only a couple schools left whose application deadline hasn't passed yet.

Yes -- I already applied to several. Accepted at GULC and waiting on the others(Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, NYU). Figured I would always want to know if I didn't apply.

I don't think you'll get into any of those schools you applied to, but congrats on GULC. That's likely a huge step up from your current school.

I got into Wash U coming from a TTTT .. So top twenty is definitely possible. PM if you wanna chat.

I know someone that got into Berkeley from Suffolk, so that is an option if you don't mind the west coast.
