Transferring to BC/BU

I just got my grades at my TTTT school in Boston. I have a 3.42 and in roughly the top 20% of my class. Do I have a chance? What about other Tier 1 schools? My best guess is that I have, at best, a shot. I would love any input. I was previously wait-listed at BC, if that helps.
