Chances of transferring to Stanford, Berkeley or UCLA

I attend a Top 30 school and after second semester grades, I rank at 3/130. I have strong ties to southern California and would prefer to eventually work there. What are my chances of transferring to Stanford, Berkeley or UCLA?
Assume that I have average softs and nothing that would be detrimental to my chances.

Completely worth applying to all of them. Stanford's unlikely but possible. All things equal, you have more than 50% shot at Berkeley. UCLA should be easy.

OP here. UCLA is considered a "safety school" so that I have leverage against my current school in scholarship negotiation. I would not transfer there, but needed a school I was almost guaranteed to get in to in order to have leverage.
My next question would be whether it would be worth it to transfer to Berkeley should I get in(I guess Stanford as well, but that one seems obvious). While I eventually want to end up in California, I have no qualms practicing in the state I currently reside in for the foreseeable future. Currently I feel that my chances of attaining Big Law at my current school is pretty good. I'm not sure if they would improve any at Berkeley. Your thoughts? (My school currently places around 10-12% in Big law)

I currently have around a 80-90% scholarship, so yes, a pretty good scholarship. I hope at minimum to be able to raise it to a full scholarship. CoA at my current school for 3 years is 90k with interest.
