Targetted schools? You'll have a shot at the lower T-14. Best bet is GULC. (Don't go to Cornell--transfers can't do OCI)

Northwestern, Michigan, Penn and Duke.
Northwestern and Michigan usually have larger transfer classes.
Duke seems like a crap shoot

NU and UM are your best bets!

Outside shot at UM, NU, or GTown.
Don't waste your money applying to Penn, Duke, or UVA.
