I took a year off and now trying to transfer.
All of my documents are on file, just need a letter of good standing from my current law school, BUT my school wont send them. They sent out my transcripts but apparently I was supposed to contact someone else for the letter in good standing. I contacted that office, they said they would send it, and then when I calledthem to check if they did, they just tell me they are really busy.

I am emailing them nearly everyday politely asking if the letters are sent, but no answer....
Im scared to contact them now cos I no longer wantto bother them, but I really needthose letters sent.... What is the best way to approach to them politely?

Get on the phone with someone or you have to fly out in person.

You need to track down someone higher up than the kid answering phones. This is not something that they should be just brushing off. Start emailing various admin departments and higher-ups to request assistance w/ this matter and say that you are having difficulty getting in contact with those in the proper office and that you need the letter sent out ASAP.

OP, if you can't reach that person, you need to call the main number and tell them that you need to speak with someone who can send out your doc immediately and that you won't be hanging up the phone until you get that person on the line. Surely there is more than one person who can send the document. Don't take no for an answer.

I know I sound extremely stupid right now. But I look totally crazy
I called twice this morning, spoke with someone who said the person in charge is outta office, said she'd leave a msg for me, I'm checking my phone every 1 minute. I know that person won't call me.

This is worse than waiting for law school grade.

How long has this been going on and by what date do you need the document?

I requested all my files in the beginning of May.
Obviously the deadline for transfer application is still sometime away for some schools, but thats not the point. The point is that I only need my good letter standing letter to have my application completed and have them reviewed, and this is not happening right now.

I am so frustrated. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be rude, or give them any bad impression (incase I can't transfer and have to return to my current law school). I don't know why this is happening.... They are very friendly people, but being busy has nothing to do with me...right...?

Calm down. You're talking about one piece of paper. Yeah its important, but you're already doing everything that you can do to move them forward. Losing your shit on the internet won't get them to move faster. Keep at it, but don't act like this is a live or die situation.
