Harvard & Stanford both have 6/16 deadline.
Do you have to have LOR and dean's certifications in before this time? Does Stanford require dean's certifications?

Stanford does require a dean's cert. The deadline is for you, not for your school - but nobody begins reviewing your application until it's complete (you remember how this works from last year's admissions cycle). So get them in ASAP. You should have asked some of your 1st sem profs arleady.
