So, I plan on applying (clicking 'send' on LSAC) to about 6 or 7 different schools on May 10th when my finals are done ... I will not have received my 2nd semester grades. The schools I am applying to require application deadline by June 15th. I will most likely not receive my grades until at or after June 15.

Therefore,
1.) Will I not be accepted until I receive my 2nd semester grades?
2.) Will I be required to send them multiple transcripts?
3.) If they are interested in me, will they then ask me for another transcript? - conversely, will they ask me for another transcript regardless of whether they are interested.
4.) Is it possible that a school will accept me "conditionally"?
5.) If a school accepts conditionally, how far of a drop is acceptable?
6.) Is it possible that a school will accept me based off my first semester grades alone, or nah?

1.) Possibly. Schools will usually say if they will consider only fall grades.
2.) They'll most likely want to see all of 1L.
3.) If they only have your fall transcript, they will probably ask for your spring. Just tell your registrar to send it has soon as grades are out.
4.) Yes, but the schools that do this usually make the decision based on fall grades- GW/WUSTL
5.) GW said stay at B average, WUSTL probably wants same rank. They will usually say.
6.) Yes, but I believe the deadlines have passed.

the only way you can be admitted conditionally is if you apply ED or EA, which it sounds like you didn't do. They will not consider your application complete until your 2nd semester grades are in. So they won't even review it before your grades are in, let alone give you a decision.

Your school can't distribute grades before June 15th when your last final is May 10th?

I don't think this means you're in trouble though. Just submit your application before the deadline, tell them that you will send grades as soon as you get them, and you'll be okay as long as your file is started before the deadline. The deadline to SUBMIT is June 15th, not the deadline for your application to go complete

You'll be fine. If you only have partial grades when the deadline rolls around (3/4 grades or something), ask the school(s) if, to ensure that your application is considered timely, they would like an unofficial version of your transcript with the available grades.

Many schools DO make decisions pretty quickly, so if your school really is that slow about grades, be in active and open communication with your transfer schools.
