To the guy asking about FSU

I transferred to FSU from a T3 school. I know a lot of the other transfers that did as well and out of my close group of transfer friends, 100% of us have attorney a jobs lined up and only one of us is working in public interest. The rest of us are working in private firms throughout Florida, none in Tallahassee. There are a lot of FSU alumni that like to hire from the school, something my previous school lacked.
There are a lot of people that don't have jobs lined up yet, but I do think the majority has some kind of offer.
As far as transfer stigma goes, its nonexistent because a large portion of the body transferred from other schools.
If you are in the top 2% you are probably better served by transferring to a higher ranked school. I would send an application out to G-Town if I were you. However if it came down to transferring to FSU at sticker and sticking around a T4 on a fullride but keeping your class rank, you might want to actually reconsider.
Transferring was an easy decision for me as I was in the top 15% at a T3 school, tuition is cheaper, and I wasn't on law review at my T3. I definitely miss knowing everyone in my class though, but it worked out for me.
As far as OCI goes, I completely struck out at everything I applied to through OCI despite being in the top 25% at FSU. But I know others that did ok. It really doesn't look like OCI is anything to write home about here, but I hear its the same at UF. My previous school was way worse though. FSU does update their resume referral postings on simplicity often which is helpful but even that didn't return any bites. The job offer I have I got from a clerkship I did over 2L summer, so I'm happy.
