I'm currently at an unranked school in southern California and ended up in top 6% of the class after the first semester. Let's say I'm down the street from USC and not attending Loyola. What are you my chances of transferring to USC or UCLA?

depending on what is considered a t4, i was at a school in so-cal definitely not in the t1-2 range and on the fringe of t3/4 (although after the most recent rankings, well out of the top 100)...

I was in the top 6% too (5.86) and was accepted at USC and ND, not UCLA.
