4.0 at MVP, should I even consider applying to HYS?

Let me say first that I am very happy at my current school, I really have enjoyed everything so far. I also understand that I have to keep my grades where they are or this conversation is pointless.

Goals: COA Clerkship (DC is the dream) and Big Law in DC.

Right now I do not have any great relationships with my professors, but I have started to work on this.

Also paying sticker right now.

Thoughts?

As someone who transferred largely for monetary reasons, I can tell you that H is very generous if you have a demonstrable need.
