Transfer odds to CCN, how bout MVP?

Hey I just finished first semester with a 4.0. Contracts A, Torts A and Civil Procedure A. The thought of transferring is becoming very appealing. I at a tier 1 school in the southwest. Thinking I want to lock in a top school and do ED to Chicago. Am I a lock at Chicago or will I get deferred? If not Chicago what am I going to need for reg decision NYU and Columbia. I haven't put to much thought into MVP, but should I? Will I fare well enough in MVP at OCI to make the high transfer cost worth it? I want to do big law.
