Transferring for location: do or don't?

Let's say that I attend a school like Cardozo, or Northeastern, or some other east coast school... and let's just say that I came here because it made the most sense in terms of money/scholly... and now that I'm here, or in a city somewhere like these places, say, maybe even Loyola Chicago, I realize that I just want to be on the West Coast...say SD, SF, even LA... should I leave after this year, no matter what, even if I don't necessarily transfer up?

Lets say you retake the LSAT instead and go to school in a market that makes sense from day 1.
