Is that a bad reason to mention among other things to why you transffered question during OCI?

Are you transferring to the market in which you're applying? If not, they're going to worry that you're going to have to stay with/follow your fiancee in the future. If so you can play it as part of your ties to the area.

I don't think it's a bad reason. It looks good if you're looking at firms in that market.
